Sand you come across everywhere

For decades Termit d.d. from Moravče has processed silica sand. It makes coated sands, coatings and cores for foundries across Europe, and its sand is also used in construction, on sports grounds, in riding arenas and horticulture.

THE BRIEF

One story for customers and future colleagues

Termit d.d. wanted a video that shows the whole journey from the sand pit to the customer, the people behind the products and their care for the Moravče valley. From the same shoot we also produced recruitment videos for social media.

Slovenian version. We produced the video in 5 languages, each with and without employee statements.

Our approach

Real on-location filming, drone shots, employee statements and 3D animation, tied together by a voice over. All filmed in a single day.

Behind the scenes

Fog in the morning, drone in the afternoon

The shooting day began in thick fog, so we turned the schedule around on the spot and filmed production first. When the fog lifted, the drone flew over the sand pit and the restored meadows. Good preparation also means adapting quickly on location.
